John Shaw - Head of College. B.Ed (Hons); Dip.Ed.Man
John has worked within the Special Needs sector for many years and came to us from the highly respected Royal School for the Deaf (now the Exeter Royal Academy for Deaf Education) in the South West of England to run our Norfolk based school and college in Summer 2007.
John oversees the running of the college supporting the Head of Education, Janet Bird, and the Registered Care Manager, Paul Stearman. John feels that a strong emphasis must be placed on expanding and developing our students' life skills placing particular emphasis on further developing social and communication skills. It is his aim to develop a college which will improve our students independent skills and equip them for a successful and purposeful adult life beyond.

Paul Stearman - Registered Care Manager.
Paul joined Eagle Life College in September 2009 and has previously worked within other care provisions gaining valuable experience which is benefiting our students.
